Users must not engage in illegal activities, attempt to disrupt services, reverse engineer software, or resell services without permission.

Oxygenik aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Services may be modified or discontinued at any time.

All software, branding, and content belong to Oxygenik. Users receive a limited license to use the Services.

Oxygenik may integrate third-party tools but is not responsible for their performance or data practices.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, non-payment, or risks to the platform.

Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Oxygenik is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.

Users agree to indemnify Oxygenik against claims arising from their use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Oxygenik may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
